At Cartivo, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods
Personal care or hygiene products (if opened or used)
Items marked as final sale

Return Process

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges
